Mirai Sushi Gold Coast - Chicago
The Gold Coast outpost of the Wicker Park staple serves up the same menu in a more subdued setting. As with most sushi restaurants, the menu doesn't change, so always expect popular dishes like the lamb carpaccio, plus maki rolls such as spicy mono (spicy octopus roll topped with spicy tuna tartare with sweet unagi sauce) and tuna tuna salmon (poached salmon roll topped with thinly sliced tuna with avocado mousse and creamy wasabi sauce).
