AceBounce - Chicago

Former David Burke's Steakhouse and Virgin Hotels Chicago Executive Chef Rick Gresh now heads the kitchen at 1901 Restaurant, a globally focused eatery inside AceBounce. With AceBounce being one of several trendy new ping pong bars around town, the food aspect is only a bonus.

The seasonal menu--which includes accents from the Mediterranean, Europe, Asia, Latin America and the United States--reflects Gresh’s commitment to working with sustainable and locally sourced ingredients.

Highlights include wood-fired pizzas, fried oysters, pepperoni meatballs, red quinoa tacos and porcini-crusted skirt steak. A local selection of craft beers and specialty cocktails complements the bites.

AceBounce's original location is based in the "home of ping pong," the same building where the game was invented, in London.
